I made it to spin! I wanted to get a little bit of cardio in today and since my schedule isn’t packed…why not?!
This morning I did some work on my argument and enjoyed a delish smoothie.
In the mix
- 1 cup almond milk (original, unsweetened)
- 1 cup raspberries
- pinch of xantham gum
I mooted my argument at 11 and all went well! I am really excited to argue tomorrow. Word on the street is that my opposing counsel is kind of sneaky. He is known for misstating the record, case law, etc. NOT COOL. I have to spend some time this afternoon making a list of key cites (page numbers in the record) so if he does try to pull a fast one of me I’ll be able to refute his argument and point to the exact spot in the record to back me up!
Pre-spin I had a thin slice of toast (the heel of the bread was SUPER thin on this loaf) + some hummus and spinach.
After a SUPER schweaty class I enjoyed a turkey sammie and some strawberries. Is it super obvious I haven’t bought bread in FOREVER. 😉
In the mix
- 2 slices double fiber whole wheat bread
- 3 thin slices of Boar’s Head low sodium turkey breast
- Roasted red chili pepper hummus (Cedar’s and not as good as Atheno’s)
And some fresh strawberries! It must be strawberry season because they’ve been on sale the last two times I went to the grocery store.
