The air conditioning has been turned on. It’s official!
I made a delish summer inspired dinner last night: BBQ chicken + sweet potato fries!
This morning I woke up and hit up a body pump-esque class. I def. need to lift more! I felt so weak during class. This might become a regular Wednesday deal.
Switching it up at breakfast….sort of! 😉
I used whole wheat bread instead of a tortilla this morning. I also had the usual 1/2 cup egg beaters, 1 egg white, two spoonfuls salsa, spinach.
I also had an apple. Sliced. Obvi.
Off to do some work. I might hit up spin later for some cardio! It’s so great not having school or work yet. 🙂
