Part II: Egg scrambler

In the mix

I was up at the crack of dawn to get an early morning workout in! 20 sweaty minutes on the stairmaster and 30 on the elliptical. Plus some foam rollin’, abs, and light arm exercises. Great start to a Monday!

Last night’s dinner was also a success. 🙂

Strawberry salad

And a chicken breast, BBQ sauce, and sandwich thin.

I am going to a running specialist this afternoon to get my leg checked out.  I tried to do an interval workout on the treadmill this morning and it didn’t go over so well. 😦  Now that the weather is getting nice I just want to run outside!!
