Ruined appetite + SPAIN!

I totally ruined my appetite for dinner by snacking on half a bag of Rold Gold Cinnamon Pretzel Twists this afternoon. These are Ben, Rob, and my usual Tuesday snack…but I broke into them a day early. And totally regret it. Oh well! Such is life.

My dinner was pretty light–strawberries, raspberries, 1/2 cup fiber one and 1/2 cup vanilla Chobani

I am going to be eating LOTS of strawberries in the days to come. Check out this HUUGGEEEE container I got at the grocery store today.

Who wants to help?! 🙂

In other news…

I was looking through some old pictures tonight and thought it would be fun to post some pictures from my Spain trip during second semester of my sophomore year at BC. Christy, my friend Paddy, and I went over to Madrid to visit my friend Connor who was studying abroad there.

And. it. was. awesome. A few of Christy’s college friends came as well. We had an AWESOME group.

We started in Madrid…

Me, Christy, Ashley, CK, Erin, and Paddy

We then went up to Barcelona for a few days…

And went to Park Güell

and Sagrada Familia

Both are creations of Antoni Gaudi and GORGEOUS!

We had lots of fun sightseeing and drinking delicious wine.

Christy and Me in Madrid. We look SO young.

But my fav part of the trip was when we went to Valencia. We showed up to the city without a hotel and it was Carnival. Not a smart idea.

Luckily, we found a place to stay and had an AMAZING time.

The lights of Carnival…

My fav part of this leg of the trip was the beach. 8)

Team Minnesota! Connor, me, Paddy, and Christy.

I still have that scarf too! I am OBsessed with it!

This trip was so awesome. Let’s go back!

Have a great night!

OH. MY. GAWD. Those pictures are hilarious, I don’t think I have seen those in years. That trip was amazing (although you made Valencia look a bit snazzier than I remember…). Nice post Big Kat!
