Crack of dawn

I was up at the crack of dawn this morning! 5:05 am I was up and out of bed. I met Becca at 5:30 for an early gym date. We did 20 min on the stair climber (why is this so hard?!) and 20 min on the elliptical. I foam rolled when I got back to my place too.

Pre-gym fuel: The usual. Ezekiel bread + sunflower butter.

Post-gym breakfast: The usual. Egg scrambler.

In the mix

  • 3 egg whites
  • Peppers and onions
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • spinach
  • 2 strips turkey bacon

Off to an early library sesh! I’ll be getting one of these (cafe misto) on the way to school.
