Decisions Decisions

So I finally decided on breakfast…

Eggs (1 egg + 1 egg white, peppers and onions, and 1/4 cup black beans) and some fruit (blackberries, grapes, and strawberries.

Some cleaning and organizing and school work later…

Lunch: Spinach, peppers, mango, 1 tbsp candied pecans, 1 tbsp Newman’s Own light honey mustard dressing

After an easy 30 minutes on the elliptical…smoothie! 1/2 cup milk, 1 scoop choco protein powder, banana, and strawberries

I wouldn’t add the banana again…

Then it was off to my work party! I had so much fun hanging out outside of work with my work peeps. I had a soft Bavarian pretzel with some spicy mustard. And some Amstel Light.

Kinda dark…carbo load!

I got home around 8:00 and made a light dinner…leftover chili!

Off to bed! Early wake-up call for my race tomorrow!
