My life in pictures…because I
still writing finishing the rough draft of my upper level paper that’s due tomorrow!
Morning snack: Light and Fit raspberry yogurt and some pineapple (not pictured)
Lunch: Repeat last night (less pasta more spinach)
Afternoon snack: Rice cakes + sunflower butter + small banana
Dinner: Mango salad!
In the mix
- TJ’s lettuce mix
- Red, yellow, and green pepper
- 1 tbsp (burnt) candied pecans
Tossed with 1 tbsp Newman’s Own Light Honey Mustard Dressing
As I cut up the produce for this salad I also snacked on copious amounts of raw almonds. Note: Must work on portion control!
