Yesterday, this was my gym.
The sun, sand, and ocean were the walls…
Instead of a fan I had the ocean breeze to cool me down…
And today? I won’t even go there. But if you guessed that my gym didn’t involve sun, sand, and the ocean….WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!
I’m actually hitting the gym later this evening. Usually, Tuesdays are my long days but since I’m on spring break, no classes! So I am going to workout after work.
Yesterday I did a 30 day shred type workout on the beach. 3 min weight exercises (with the resistance band), 2 min cardio (running to the water and back, sliders, etc) and 1 min of abs. I also went on a short beach walk.
I had to soak up the sun!
I tried to recreate the tropical FL weather with my breakfast.
In the mix
- frozen mangoes, strawberries, pineapple and banana (I think)
- 1/2 plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 skim milk
- 1 tbsp ground flax, chia seeds, and oats

P.S. Any tips on how to get back on track post vacay? I have some ideas that I’ll post later but wanted your input!
