Signs of spring:
- Temperatures in the 30’s
- Melting snow
So remember how I packed a lunch for today? Well, breakfast didn’t hold me over very well so I turned my fruit + yogurt + fiber one into a morning snack.
And opted for Real Meal for lunch
Turkey sammie on wheat + lettuce + yellow mustard. And some Baked Lays.
Delicious. I didn’t have class this afternoon so I’ve been cleaning/doing some skool work this afternoon. Off to the gym around 5:00 to do some cardio! I plan to do Level 2 of 30 Day Shred before the gym.
