I woke up this morning feeling better! Not 100% better, but better nonetheless.
I had an early appointment to get my tires changed–I reallllly wish I could have slept in.
I had a bit of an appetite this morning so I took advantage. But while I was hungry, nothing really jumped out at me.
I settled for my usual breakfast–egg scrambler.
In the mix
- 1 egg + 2 egg whites
- Peppers and onions
- 1/4 cup black beans
Getting my tires changed was super boring and Tires Plus didn’t have wireless! Who doesn’t have wireless these days?!
I brought this guy for some company. Side note. It’s March 2 and -3 degrees out. Seriously??
The whole process took about 2 hours and when I got home I was hungry again! I guess I’m definitely feeling better!
I wanted something carby. Enter breakfast #2: Fruity pancakes!
In the mix
- 1/2 cup Fiber One pancake mix
- 1/2 banana
- 2/3 cup frozen blueberries and raspberries
I added banana this time around. And I won’t be doing that again. It kinda threw off the whole dish. Still good, just not as good as my fruity pancakes normally are.
