Spin on a fav dinner recipe

In an attempt to bulk up my dinner tonight, I added whole wheat pasta to my salad!

Chicken Fajita Pasta Salad!

In the mix

  • Spinach
  • Broccoli slaw
  • Peppers and onions
  • Corn
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat pasta
  • fajita spice
  • 1/2 chicken breast

Started with a bed of greens

Then added the fajita pasta salad on top! I mixed the cooked pasta in the same dish as the simmering veggies and chicken. SO GOOD.

And a sweet treat. I’m definitely better! 🙂

Look how cute Darby looks tonight! I just wanna sit on the couch with him and watch TV. If only I didn’t have homework….
