I hit the gym bright and early this morning! Once a month my gym does a 90 min class spin class from 5:30-7:00.
The music was bumpin’ but the instructor would NOT stop talking! She has great energy and everything but I mean, 10 seconds did not go by without her saying something. Am I being too harsh?

Annnyywayyyy I came home and cooked up a protein packed breakfast.

In the mix
- 1 egg + 2 egg whites
- Fire roasted peppers and onions
- 1/4 black beans
Plus some strawberries
And some coffee
I have a playdate later today! 🙂 Anna and I are heading out to Molly’s for lunch! I can’t wait to see the babiessssssss. It’s been so long!
