Back to reality…

Ughhhh yesterday was the longest day EVER. But I made it back safe and sound. That’s all that really matters, right? 🙂

I got back to my place around midnight and crashed….hard. I slept in this morning and have plans to hit the gym later tonight.

Oh, and here’s what I returned to….

Gross. Especially compared to last week.

But sadly, now it’s back to reality. After consuming way too many carbs this weekend I went for a more protein enriched breakfast: omelet.

Plus, I haven’t had eggs since last week!!

In the mix

  • 1 egg + 2 egg whites
  • Spinach
  • 1/4 cup black beans

And a protein shake.
