Dinner: Pasta! For my long run today

In the mix

  • 1 cup dry whole wheat pasta
  • Peppers and onions
  • Crock pot chicken
  • Pasta sauce

I babysat last night and didn’t get home till pretty late. I let myself sleep in a little this morning! 🙂 I plan on doing my 12 miler a little later this afternoon.

Breakfast: Egg scrambler wrap

In the mix

  • 1 egg + 2 egg whites
  • peppers and onions
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • low carb la tortilla company tortilla
