I couldn’t come up with a good title for this post.

But I am excited to share pictures of this B-E-A-utiful cookie I got earlier today!

It was super delicious! It was light and crunchy. It was different than most sugar cookies.

But let’s rewind a little bit…

Afternoon snack was an English muffin + I can’t believe it’s not butter!

Workout: 3 miles in 25:25 (8:28/miles) and 30 minutes of weights/abs.

Dinner: BBQ chicken salad

In the mix

  • lettuce
  • BBQ crock pot chicken
  • Beans
  • Peppers and onions

And then the cookie! 🙂
