Break in a long day

Tuesdays are long. Work 8-2. Class 3-4:25. Prep for 6:00 class 4:30-6. Class 6-9.

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwww. I get tired just writing that.

Work birthday breakfast was a huge hit! There was lots of delicious food–pull apart caramel loaf, cinnamon rolls, apples, donuts, coffee, and juice. I had the middle layer of a cinnamon roll (BEST PART) and a chunk of caramel loaf, and an apple. The caramel loaf and cinnamon roll were soooooooo good. OMG. I could have eaten the whole pan. I need to get the recipes!

I had a salad from Real Meal in keeping with the 60-days-60-salads challenge. I got the Thai Sesame salad with no wontons.

In the mix

  • Lettuce
  • Chicken
  • Red pepper
  • Green onion

After a rockin’ day at work I b-lined it to class–but made a quick stop to let out Darby and grab an afternoon snack.

Honey Chobani Greek yogurt + blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries + Kashi Go Lean!, Fiber One, granola, and flax cereal.

This was my first time trying the honey flavored Chobani and it was SO good! It wasn’t as sweet as the vanilla flavor, which I really liked. This might be my new fav flavor!

I also snapped this pic in the parking garage I use when I go to work…pretty cool, huh? 🙂
