Birthday Tuesday!

I blame this guy for me skipping my 3 miler this morning.

How could I get out of bed with him cuddled up next to me?? 😉 Switching my Friday off day to today.

Breakfast was early–6:00 am! Gotta make sure I’m hungry again by the time we do the birthday breakfast at work!

In the mix

  • 1 egg + 2 egg whites
  • Sauteed peppers and onions (fresh)
  • 1/4 cup black beans

And some fruit. YUM.
