Sorry guys, life has been hectic these last few days!
I went to bed really late last night (crazy Tuesdays) so I slept in this morning. I’m meeting my friend Ben at the gym for an evening workout. I plan on doing a 45 min tempo run and 20 or so minutes of weights.
Breakfast: Same as yesterday minus the spinach
No spinach because I forgot to add it!
I woke up with enough time to sit and enjoy breakfast. 🙂
And no morning snack meant I was hungry after my morning class. I came home and made a quick lunch. This time I didn’t forget the spinach.
In the mix
- 2 ww tortillas
- reheated crock pot chicken
In other news…
I have a big to-do list to get through before my gym sesh.
- Clean kitchen, living room, dining room (really only one room)
- Organize bedroom and guest bedroom
- Clean bathrooms
- Grocery shopping for Super Bowl Sunday!
- Workout (5 mile run 20 minutes weight sesh)
Yikes! This is gonna take some time. I better get started! Have a great afternoon.
