Is 7:30 too early for bed? Is 8:30 more acceptable?
I was feeling really sluggish this afternoon so around 4:00 I got a skinny vanilla latte for a pick-me-up. This drink packs a 12 g protein punch. And it’s only 130 calories!
I also got some milk chocolate covered graham crackers. Impulse buy. 😉
When I get home around dinner time I usually want to make something in ten minutes or under.
So I thought of 10 minute dinner recipes during class. 😉
And decided on a turkey roll-up and sweet potato fries!
(3 slices deli turkey, hummus, spinach, honey mustard)
Now I’m just sippin’ on some of this
And debating on whether to go to bed right…this…instant.
