Strictly strength

Erica’s strictly strength class was KILLER today. Lots of glutes and biceps. I’ll def be feeling those tomorrow. 😉

Pre-workout fuel: Light English muffin + sunflower butter

Post-workout breakfast: Egg scrambler + fruit+ almonds

In the mix

  • 1 egg + 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup egg beaters
  • Fire roasted peppers and onions

Some blackberries

and almonds (1/4 cup)

Now I’m sippin’ on some caaafffeeee and about to start some homework. Great little Saturday, eh? 🙂
