Much needed rest

After yesterday all I needed was some rest.

And I got it. 🙂

But I also missed bootcamp. 😦

I totally snoozed my 5:50 alarm and slept until 8:15! Yikes!

But I needed it. And I feel so much better now. And all is not lost–I’ve got a 2:00 date with the treadmill for a 50 minute tempo run. I haven’t run since my 10 miler on Saturday so I’m excited to get back to it!

I didn’t want to be rushed this morning which is why I moved my run until this afternoon. So I just woke up, made a leisurely breakfast, and cleaned up my room a bit. Super exciting, I know.

Egg scrambler minus the TJ’s fire roasted peppers and onions (I’m out)

In the mix

  • 1 egg + 2 egg whites
  • Spinach
  • 1/4 cup black beans
  • La Tortilla Company ww tortilla

And some coffee + skim milk

I’m off to get ready for class! On Monday some girl sniped my seat by all my friends…that will not be happening today!!
