I love running. It’s amazing how a few days off from running can make you forget how awesomefest running is. 🙂

I ran a 50 minute tempo run–5 minute warm-up at 4.2 mph; 5 minute cool-down at 4.0 mph

  • 15 minutes @ 6.7 mph (8:57 pace)
  • 20 minutes @ 7.0 (8:35 pace)
  • 15 minutes @ 6.6 mph (9:03 pace)

I ran 5.65 miles but it ended up being a bit over 6 with my warm-up and cool-down.

Post-run smoothie

In the mix

  • 1 Chobani yogurt
  • banana
  • raspberries
  • ice
  • skim milk

Soooo good. And def held me over for a few hours!

Late-ish dinner–BBQ chicken wrap

In the mix

  • BBQ crock pot chicken
  • Spinach
  • La Tortilla Company ww wrap
  • grapes
