Minnesota is experiencing legit Arctic temperatures!
At least it’s warmed up since this morning!
I banged out 5 miles on the treadmill this morning. Plus a 5 minute warm-up and 5 minute cool-down. And I even did some foam rolling! 🙂 My quads were still pretty tight from Nate’s class on Wednesday. The foam rolling hurt…like A LOT. But I toughed it out…and feel much better now.
In an effort to trick myself into thinking it is summer I made a very summery lunch!
In the mix
- 1/3 cup fiber one
- Small handful of granola and flax cereal
- Chobani vanilla yogurt
