Brunch might be the best meal ever created. Breakfast is by far my favorite meal and at brunch, eating dessert is acceptable. Brunch is perfect.
And today was no exception. 🙂
I ordered an omelet and stocked up on fruit.

Sadly, the chef didn’t cook my omelet all the way through and it was kinda gross. So I didn’t finish it. 😦
But all the delish fruit made up for that. Plus I had a key lime yogurt (pictured in the background of the first photo).
And I couldn’t leave without a dessert from the lavish desert table. It was something with butterscotch, coconut, and graham cracker.
Clearly I didn’t stick around St. Paul to run. I’m still debating on whether I’m going to do my long run today or tomorrow. It’s about 5 degrees outside right now…which isn’t helping. Plus, I just realized that I didn’t take an off day this week…so it looks like that’s going to be today! 🙂
In other news…
HOLY soreness. My arms and calves are KILLING me from yoga yesterday! Especially my triceps. I forgot how awesome yoga is! 🙂
