Today was our monthly 6 miles at 6 for Nate’s class.
And we hit up the parking ramp…again.
And it was awesome…again. 🙂
Our route was a little different than last time…we ran a few laps outside in addition to running a few laps up and down the parking ramp.
Our route went something like this:
1. Up the ramp, down the ramp on the opposite side, then back up, then back down
2. Outside for two laps around the shopping stores.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2.
4. Up one more time and then back down.
Each up was .4 miles; each down was .4 miles; each lap was .5 miles.
Total time: 48:45. Pace: 8:07.
Now, that seems a bit fast. Especially since half of our 6 miles was up hill. I’m thinking I probably ran closer to 5.5 miles…either way, it was a great workout and I’m glad I got out of bed this morning to do it! 🙂

- Whole wheat tortilla from La Tortilla Company (SO GOOD MUST TRY)
I’m off to my first day of class for the semester! Break went by WAY too fast.
