I made it to Nate’s class this morning! It felt good to be back and it was really nice seeing all the regular attendees. 🙂
Pre-workout fuel: Light English muffin + sunflower butter
Nate’s class was rockin’ and rollin’. We logged in about 3.5 miles (according to Nate). Laps, killers, relay sprints. You name it, we did it. 🙂
Protein powder + water
In the mix
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
TJ’s fire roasted peppers and onions
1/4 cup black beans
2 strips turkey bacon
Lots of protein. 🙂
