Work work work

First day of my internship for this semester! It’s the same job from the summer and I am really excited to go back. 🙂

Power breakfast: Oatmeal….and then some.

In the mix

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 banana
  • blueberries
  • 1/2 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1/2 tbsp mini choco chips
  • Dollop of sunflower butter

Have a great morning! I’ve got 4.5 miles after work to look forward to. 🙂
