I’m going to be honest here. The past few
weeks months I’ve used the guest bedroom as a “I-don’t-know-what-to-do-with-this-so-I’ll-just-put-it-here” room. Hence the reason the room looked like this:
And the worst part….
I know…I know…terrible, right?
Granted, I did straighten (aka throw everything in the closet) the room up when I had visitors. However, when they would leave, the room would fall back into shambles.
That is, until today. 😉
After lots of organizing and cleaning, I am happy to announce that the guest bedroom looks like this now
And now, the best part
Yea! I feel sooooo much better now!
I worked up an appetite doing all the cleaning so I made myself a pretty substantial afternoon snack.
In the mix
Small handful of granola, Kashi Go Lean! Fiber One and flax cereal
I did some more organizing/TV watching the rest of the afternoon. I also made plans to go see The Fighter with my buddy, Dan. I had no idea what the movie was about until I just saw that trailer. And it looks AWESOME. I’ll post a report later. 😉
In the mix
1/2 cup instant Quaker oats
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp chopped pecans
1 tbsp mini choco chips
Hopefully adding the mini chocolate chips will kick any cravings for movie theater candy!
