Lunch: Same as yesterday.
Snack: Similar to yesterday. Today I got a “Monster cookie.” Tasted like an oatmeal raisin cookie minus the raisins. Delicious.
Late dinner: Similar to breakfast.

1 egg + 2 egg whites
Sprinkle of black beans
1 slice turkey bacon
In other news…
I’ll likely take tomorrow off…exam at 9:00 am and I want to get there by 8:30. The rest of my week’s training plan will look something like this:
Tuesday: 3 mi + weights
Wednesday: Nate’s class (speedwork)
Thursday: Joe’s spin class
Friday: Nate’s class (speedwork)
Saturday: Erica’s class + 3 mi
Sunday: Long run (hopefully! Hoping to log 7-8)
