So Joe wasn’t back as our spin instructor this morning. 😦 Next week! Chad’s class was good; however, I was really looking forward to having Joe teach! I’ll just have to wait one more week!
But yea, Chad’s class was good. We were up and out of the saddle for the majority of class and it felt good to get in a solid/straight cardio workout. Tomorrow we’re doing 6 miles at 6 in Nate’s class! Rumor has it we’ll be running all 6 miles in the underground parking garage…which means…LOTS OF HILLS.
Breakfast was a twist on something I tried a few weeks back. This time I took my own suggestion and used vanilla Greek yogurt instead of plain. What a difference! 🙂
On the menu: Raspberry pancakes with TJ’s non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt, 1/2 banana, and blackberries!
The vanilla yogurt made this breakfast SO SO SO much better. And the little bites of raspberries…delish in a dish.
I’m not gonna lie. I still like this breakfast with syrup better…but adding the yogurt allows for more protein consumption! And more fruit too. I’m not a big fan of a lot of fruit and syrup.
