Wow! It’s really coming down out there!

Pre-run I had a piece of whole wheat toast with some almond butter. I didn’t snap a pic. Oops!
My run was good! 5 miles 42:25. That’s a 8:28/mile. Not bad. I had to rush to class so I didn’t get to eat lunch till after class. But it was worth it.
BBQ Chicken Salad
I used some more of my salad from last night and heated up chicken and BBQ sauce and added it on top.
So. So. So. GOOD.
Now it’s time to cleeeeeeeeeeeeean. But maybe an episode of Glee first!
