I had every intention of getting up this morning and going to spin. But I snoozed the 3 alarms I set and slept in. And I feel great! ๐Ÿ™‚

I toasted some of the waffles I had frozen last week and attempted a Greek Yogurt-fruit-waffle/pancake deal again.

I layered two waffles with plain Greek yogurt, raspberries, and a sprinkle of granola. Looks pretty, right? ๐Ÿ™‚ I wanted a fresh and protein rich breakfast. Looks like I accomplished that!

I just really hate plain Greek yogurt. This would have been 1000 times better with a vanilla Greek yogurt. Next time!
