Nate’s class was great today! Abs and resistance to start…then outside for lots of sprints, horsepulls, shuttle runs. You name it, we did it.

Pre-class fuel: Banana.

I came home hungryyyyy. So I made a breakfast of champions. 🙂

In the mix

1 egg + 2 egg whites

Grilled peppers and onions

1/4 cup black beans


2 pieces whole wheat toast

And can’t forget the elixir of life.
