Crunchy granola

Good morning!

I just got back from a tough 5 mile treadmill run with Becca…we knew it was going to be too dark/cold out this morning to run outside so we opted for the treadmills. Oh, and I ran next to Marathon Man. I was this close to asking him how far he runs on the treadmill…I want firsthand confirmation that he really runs a marathon everyday.

Pre-run fuel: Justin’s on a piece of whole wheat toast

Post run breakfast: Yogurt, fruit, and cereal

In the mix




1/4 cup Fiber One

1/4 cup Kashi Go Lean

1 tbsp granola

1 tbsp Ezekiel flax cereal

1/2 cup Trader Joe’s nonfat plain Greek yogurt

All together now!
