Sunday funday!

It’s finally Sunday! Finished most of my rough draft for my brief…emailed it to my professor at 11:30 last night. There are a few more things I have to do for it…but the important sections (the sections I need feedback on) are turned in. 🙂

I woke up early this morning with every intention to go for a run. However, when I looked at the weather and saw that it was going to be 62 degrees today….running at 7:00 when it was 38 degrees did not seem appealing. So I got up, made a little breakfast, and did some work.

While I am meeting Anna and Molly at 10:30 for brunch I knew I wouldn’t last until then on an empty stomach! Especially because the place we are brunching is usually pretty crowded so I expect at least a 20-30 minute wait.

So I made some fruit and yogurt!

In the mix

1/4 cup Fiber One

1/4 cup Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax

My strawberries were on their last leg and the blueberries were very close to that. I’m glad I made this breakfast today because I probably would have had to dump the strawberries and blueberries tomorrow!

I got some of this Ezekiel 4:9 golden flax cereal at the grocery store the other day. I was expecting more of a sweet/granola type deal. However, this was very much like Grapenuts, which I like…I just wasn’t expecting that. But it added a nice crunch to my breakfast!

We are going to the Original Pancake House for brunch. I have never been but Molly and Anna RAVE about it. I’m excited to check this place out! Deets to follow. Obvi. 😉
