Measy or Eeadium?

“Measy” or “Eeadium” were our two options for one leg of a running circuit this morning. Our instructor, Nate, said for one particular lap we could either go “Measy” or “Eeadium” speed. Which would you choose?

After many weeks of not working out ALL together, Becca, Kerry and I were reunited this morning! We all went to Nate’s class and totally rocked it! We did tons of abs and weights indoors and then went outside to enjoy the beautiful morning! 50 degrees at 6:00 am…in November? I’ll definitely take that! Outside we ran relays, springs, and did horsepulls. All in all it was a great workout!

Breakfast was quick because I was in a rush this morning…hence the late blog post.

In the mix

1/2 cup southwestern style Egg Beaters + 1 egg white

Fire roasted peppers and onions

1/4 cup black beans

2 slices Jennie O. lean turkey bacon

1 low carb tortilla

And another GORGEOUS Minneapolis sunrise!

Back to it! Happy Wednesday morning!

    fyi: i LOVE all your sunrise pics…particularly bc I refuse to wake up early enough to see the sunrise!! I will just continue to look at your pics and assume my sunrise looked the same : )

    Thanks for allowing me to get an extra 2 hours of sleep daily!
